Using Gelza Color
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use Gelza Color only for lawful salon color-inventory and search activities. Access is personal; invitation and join credentials may not be resold, published, or used to enter a salon without authorization.
Salon roles and data
Salon owners are responsible for the accuracy of their salon identity, memberships, custom catalog entries, bottle codes, and availability. Nail technicians receive only the actions their salon grants. Platform administrators may suspend accounts or salons to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
Color information
Swatches, names, codes, and similarity suggestions are organizational aids. Screens and devices render color differently, so Gelza Color does not guarantee an exact physical color match. Professionals remain responsible for confirming the bottle and product before use.
Availability and updates
We may update the service, require a supported app version, schedule maintenance, or discontinue unsafe legacy behavior. Offline data may be stale and is clearly labeled. Store availability and device compatibility may vary.
Ownership and acceptable use
Gelza Color branding, software, and original interface content remain protected. You retain rights to salon content you provide and grant us the limited permission needed to host and process it for the service. Do not probe security, scrape other salons, upload malware, or interfere with service operation.
